Precision instruments for highest product quality

A precision instrument provides the basis for a high quality product. Our instrument construction systems are able to create moulds for our own zinc die casting and injection moulds production and is therefore able to respond quickly and flexibly to customer requests on the basis of the short information chain.

In this context a modern machinery park is available to us for classic machining and for further regular processes such as wire cutting, sink erosion and engraving. The basis for this is provided by contemporary CAx supported production.

We are also able to draw on decades of know-how in the production of instruments in the punching and bending technique, such as progressive tools.

To combine multi-part products with components consisting of differing materials such as die cast zinc, plastic and thin sheet metal, we design and manufacture the appropriate assembly instruments and production resources and tools.
