The solution for complex geometries

To be able to create high quality products with complex geometries, with plastic injection moulding, die cast zinc moulding is the proven production process for use in small series to mass production. With its high strength values, the material of zinc is moreover suitable for use in technical products as well as being usable for further surface treatments on decorative products due to its ideal attributes.

With the help of our large machinery park and by using our flexible set-up system we are able to manufacture your products from small to large series. With its longstanding experience our instrument and mould construction division also contributes to the realisation of challenging and sophisticated geometries. In the field of die cast zinc manufacturing, for instance, machines are used that have a closing force of 5 tonnes and 20 tonnes are used.

In the area of plastic injection moulding we are also able to encase standard or customer-specific inserts which have been produced in our punching-bending and/or die cast zinc manufacturing systems.
